Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using FADED you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
FADED connects clients with barbershops for discovery, booking, and appointment management. Bookings are between you and the shop; FADED is not a party to that agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
4. SMS & Notifications
FADED operates an SMS program ("FADED SMS notifications") for appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, support messages tied to your account, and occasional promotional messages from shops you've booked with. You must be 18 or older to opt in. If you opt in, you consent to receive these texts from FADED and from shops you've booked with, sent through FADED, at the phone number on your account. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your account. 5. Cancellations & Fees
Each shop sets its own cancellation, no-show, and pricing policies. Review the shop's policy before you book. FADED may collect payment on the shop's behalf.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse, harass, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users. Do not use FADED for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FADED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
